SportsBizEdu- One Day Research Conference at IISM Campus

IISM invites all academicians, working professionals, research scholars, and students to participate in the upcoming national level research conference, “SportsBizEdu.”

SportsBizEdu is an initiative by IISM that delves into the intersection of Sports, Business and Education. The research conference is in collaboration with the University of Mumbai and the Garware Institute of Career Education and Development (GICED).

The conference theme for the inaugural year is “Transforming Indian Landscape of Business, Education & Sports: The National Education Policy (NEP).”

About the conference theme:

The introduction of the National Education Policy (NEP) is meant to bring a transformative era, fundamentally reshaping the landscape of education, sports, and business. As the NEP strives to promote a holistic and multidisciplinary approach to learning, it will inevitably impact the integration of sports and business into the educational framework. This paradigm shift presents a unique opportunity for researchers to explore the dynamic intersections between education, sports, and business, assessing the policy’s implications on curriculum design, skill development, and entrepreneurial ventures within these sectors.

We invite scholars, educators, and practitioners to contribute to this evolving discourse by submitting research papers that delve into the multifaceted implications of the National Education Policy on education, sports, and business.

Guidelines for Submission of Abstract & Final Paper:

● Word Limit (Abstract): Maximum 300 words (Max. 5 Keywords)

● Word Limit (Full paper): Maximum 4000 Words

● Font: Times Now Roman (Not more than six pages of A4 size)

● Spacing: 1.5 Lines

● Body Text: 12 Pts

● Margin: 1 Inch on all Sides

● Referencing Style: APA Referencing Style.

All the papers received within the specified time and format will be evaluated based on originality and relevance to the theme of the conference. Authors need to mention the correct name, email ID, and affiliated organisation in the abstract and full paper. A declaration should be submitted by the corresponding author along with the final paper stating the originality of the research and non-violation of any copyrights.
